Refund Policy

Session Cancellations & Refunds: 

Cancellations can be made with a 24 hours' notice. After that the session is being considered completed, and therefore non-refundable. For all sessions that have already been completed, no refunds will be issued , including the Foundational Insights Session (or any other equivalent introductory session).

Package Cancellations (Before-Process)

For package purchases (e.g., monthly, 3-month, 6-month coaching packages), a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the commencement of your first scheduled session (the "basic sessions").  Cancellations made after this 24-hour period will incur a penalty of €200.

Early Termination of a Coaching Package (Mid-Process) 

If you wish to terminate a monthly, 3-month, or 6-month coaching agreement before its completion, you may do so. A final, closing session will be scheduled to ensure a structured conclusion to your coaching journey. The fee for this closing session is non-refundable. Refunds for any remaining unused sessions will be issued after the conclusive session with an additional admin fee.

All Small Online Sessions such as the Deep Focus and the ADHD unfiltered , as well as all the free extras incorporated in the packages will not be refunded.

Exceptions 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
