Expat ADHD is the name of my company , and Expatriates are a favourite category because i am myself one. I understand the struggle in trying to navigate in a country that is not yours, additionally to all the other challenges that you might experience as a ADHDer. However, I coach all English speaking adults that are experiencing ADHD challenges, diagnosed or not. The sessions will be done online, through Google Meet in a time and day that we will mutually agree upon.

The usual coaching session is an 1 hour long . But th journey starts with the Foundational Insights which is a 1,5-2 hour session. this is a stand alone session and you can book it here: Sessions can be recorded to be used for training purposes including shared with mentors and other training faculty. Of course only with your written consent .
