What are my opening hours?

We operate 10:00 - 22:00 Monday , Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and every other Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 CET (Amsterdam time).

The site name says is for Expats. Do you coach only expats?

Expat ADHD is the name of my company , and Expatriates are a favourite category because i am myself one. I understand the struggle in trying to navigate in a country that is not yours, additionally to all the other challenges that you might experience as a ADHDer.

However, I coach all English speaking adults that are experiencing ADHD challenges, diagnosed or not. That includes the family and environment of the ADHDers, helping them to enhance the supporting environment for their beloved ones to blossom.

Where will the sessions be conducted?

The sessions will be done online, through Google Meet in a time and day that we will mutually agree upon.

How long are the sessions  ?

The usual coaching session is an 1 hour long . But th journey starts with the Foundational Insights which is a 1,5-2 hour session. this is a stand alone session and you can book it here:

Sessions can be recorded to be used for training purposes including shared with mentors and other training faculty. 
Of course only with your written consent .
