About
My name is Vanessa
I have studied mechanical engineering, but acting held my hand during and after university years, reminding me that what really drives me is human connection & impact more than working with machines .
Life has a funny way of leading us exactly where we need to be. After finishing uni, I got a job as a cost analyst and soon after jumped into ERPs, which led me to become an SAP Finance consultant. Through 20 years of navigating the corporate world, this flame of human connection with an impact as purpose never left me.
Then life brought me to the Netherlands. 13 years of expat life, building a home away from home, learning to thrive in a new culture. But the biggest plot twist? 2015 transformed my life completely when I became a mother.
My son came into this world, bringing both joy and challenges. I watched him struggle with communication while navigating three languages, and school became tough. My heart ached as I saw him face anxiety, suffer with rejection, taking a big toll on his confidence, self-worth, and relationships. After lots of painful trial & error approaches, everything changed when a children's coach who helped him understand and articulate his feelings and needs suggested an ADHD screening.
That revelation wasn't just a diagnosis - it was the beginning of my own journey. It inspired me to study and pursue ADHD life coaching, transforming not only my understanding of my son but my entire parenting approach. Today, I am committed to empowering him and others, showing that with love and support, everyone can thrive.

Mission
I am dedicated to helping expat ADHDer’s transform their challenges into strengths while navigating life in a new country. By personalized coaching, and unwavering support, to overcome cultural transitions and build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. My mission is to empower expats with ADHD to unlock their potential, embrace their neurodiversity, and create fulfilling, balanced lives abroad.
Vision
I dream of a world where individuals with ADHD are understood, supported and empowered, achieving success on their own terms and thriving in personal, professional & academic realms, no matter where they are.
I envision a future where ADHD is not a limitation but a unique advantage in creating a balanced and purposeful life.
